I am a Technical Lead & Cloud Solutions Architect.

I like to help software developers to improve their technical, managerial, and soft skills because I believe that software developers are problem solvers not code writers only.

And to solve a problem, we need to understand it first. To understand the problem, we need to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.

Working closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Customers is the best way to know the problem and then find the solution.

As a technical lead, I do my best to act as a servant leader who support his team by coaching, mentoring and maintain the healthy culture to empower each individual in the team to do better. I like to work with cross-functional self-organized team who adopt Agile mindset and principles. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

I am more of a generalist person than a specialist, and I still maintain my ability to write C# code as a backend developer to write web applications. Microsoft Certified: Web Applications

Azure is the main Cloud provider that I work on. I am Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
